Our founder, George Andrews, brings over five years of professional accounting experience, an Accounting degree and an ACCA qualification to the organisation. This professional background provides a strong understanding of the technical requirements, qualifications and career paths within the profession - knowledge that is highly relevant when recruiting for specialist Accounting and Audit positions.

George Andrew Shaouna is the Founder and Managing Director of George Andrews Recruitment, specialising in accounting, audit and finance recruitment.
An ACCA-qualified accountant with over 5 years of accounting and finance experience and 4+ years in specialist recruitment, George combines technical financial expertise with in-depth recruitment knowledge.
His accounting background gives him a distinct advantage in understanding the technical requirements of finance and audit roles, making him uniquely positioned to deliver specialist recruitment solutions within the Cyprus market.
